The Fleur Harris x Enid Blyton 'The Magic Faraway Tree' window display at David Jones Bourke Street, Melbourne.

Some stories live in our hearts long after childhood, and for meThe Magic Faraway Tree has always been one of them. Its fantastical lands and characters shaped my imagination when I was young, so it feels incredibly special to share a collaboration that brings that beloved world to life in a new way.

In partnership with Enid Blyton Entertainment, I have created a fresh collection of artworks inspired by the whimsical adventures of The Magic Faraway Tree stories. Moonface, Silky, Saucepan Man and Dame Washalot all make special appearances, nestled among detailed scenes brimming with illustrative details drawn from Blyton's stories.

MOONFACE

SILKY

SAUCEPAN MAN

DAME WASHALOT

These artworks form the foundation of an exciting multi-brand program coming to life with some of Australia’s most loved retailers, from crafters’ fabrics and nostalgic accessories to magical wallpapers and dreamy décor for children’s spaces. A beautiful collection of apparel for babies and children featuring the artworks are available at fleurharris.com

To celebrate, I have brought the world of the Faraway Tree into a special Christmas window display for David Jones. Building this scene has been pure joy, filled with tiny surprises for anyone who stops to look closely. It is my way of honouring a story that has inspired generations and inviting others to step back into its enchantment.

This collaboration is a dream come for me, and I am so grateful to share it with the world. I hope it rekindles the same sense of wonder these stories first sparked in all of us as children, reminding us that magic and imagination are only a storybook away.

With love, Fleur xx
