Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number.
Yes. The shipping cost for New Zealand orders are $15 AUD and all other international orders cost $25 AUD. Please note, this excludes Australian Goods & Service Tax and do not include relevant overseas customs, duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be imposed, and this is the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Yes, you can purchase gift cards here. Gift cards are redeemable only online at https://fleurharris.com/ and cannot be redeemed at David Jones or any other third-party store.
Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments to orders once placed due to the volume of orders we process daily. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming at checkout. Fleur Harris cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information entered by the customer.

No, items that are sold during seasonal sales are not eligible for return.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, Fleur Harris will cover the cost of the return, otherwise the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
